Chili Pepper Recipes by Yessica


- 3 yellow aji chili peppers
- 1/2 glas of milk
- 1 packet of crackers
- 100 g fresh cheese
- Salt, oil
- Cold boiled potatoes
Clean and wash the chili peppers, cut them small and add them with a little oil in a blender. Mix it lightly and then add the crackers, cheese and milk until you reach a creamy consistency. The right quantity of milk may vary according to the desired creaminess. Taste with salt throughout.
